Not every household or shop has easy access to online banking, and that is where our e-payment service at Malka Xerox Centre in Kapoorthala, Lucknow comes in. As part of our Jan Suvidha Kendra services, we help customers pay electricity bills, water bills, mobile and DTH recharges, government application fees, and other utility payments — quickly, at the counter, with a proper receipt.

Senior citizens and residents who prefer not to manage online payments themselves are some of our most regular e-payment customers, along with shopkeepers and small business owners who would rather have a trusted local counter handle recurring bill payments than manage another app or password. Because we already handle PAN card, income certificate, and caste certificate applications, many customers pay the associated government fees here in the same visit rather than searching for a payment option elsewhere.

We keep the process simple: bring your bill, account number, or application reference, and we will process the payment and confirm it went through before you leave. If you need the payment confirmation printed or photocopied for your records, we can do that at the same counter.

We are open all seven days, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at Shop No.-10, Yadav Market, Near FI Plaza, Chandganj Kapoorthala, Lucknow 226022, and accept Cash, UPI, and Net Banking for the service itself.
