Thesis Print & Bind

Thesis print and bind is our combined service for students who want their entire thesis, dissertation, or project report handled in one visit — printing, checking page order, and binding — instead of juggling a print shop and a separate binding shop before a submission deadline. At Malka Xerox Centre in Kapoorthala, Lucknow, we print and bind thesis copies the same day in most cases.

Final-year and postgraduate students across Lucknow, including many from around Mahanagar and Nirala Nagar, bring their thesis files here on a USB drive or send them over WhatsApp ahead of a university deadline. We print the document — usually A4, sometimes with colour diagrams or charts — check that pages are in the right order, and bind it either with spiral binding for a draft or working copy, or hard binding for a final university submission copy.

Because thesis submissions are almost always time-sensitive, we recommend reaching out a day or two before your deadline if possible, though we understand last-minute submissions happen and will always try to help. If your university has specific formatting or binding requirements — spine text, cover colour, number of copies — let us know when you send the file and we will match it.
